So we brought a great van, sale went smoothly, staff were friendly could not of asked for anything better- roll on a few weeks and the van has faults like catastrophic faults, we expect the worst with having to make the phone call as generally no one wants to take responsibility or pay but surprisingly Shane and Ricky were amazing they lent us a van made sure we weren’t out of work or pocket and even though the first 3 garages couldn’t fix they took to the main dealer, we have just got the van back personally delivered by Shane. Van is back to great and we will never use anyone else for our vans. This is the most honest business I have ever come across and their customer service skills are fantastic, for us as a small family run business it’s worth the travelling nearly 2 hours to these guys and is a 10 out of 10 on every level.
